MENTORING & COACHING

I work with founders and senior leaders to help them think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and navigate the complexity of growth.

At a certain point in building a business, the challenges change.

You’re no longer just solving problems. 


You’re carrying the weight of decisions, people, and direction.


What used to feel intuitive now feels more complex.


And there’s often less space to step back and think clearly. 


And beneath that, there’s often a sense that something isn’t fully aligned.


This is where the work begins.

My work combines both mentoring and coaching - and each plays a different role.

MENTORING

Mentoring draws on my experience of building and scaling a business.


It allows me to:


  • Challenge your thinking
  • Share perspective
  • Help you see what’s coming
  • Offer guidance based on real situations


Mentoring is experience-led and often longer-term, focused on broader development and navigating real-world challenges. 

COACHING

Coaching focuses on how you think and operate as a leader.


As a qualified NeuroLeadership Coach, I bring a deeper understanding of how the brain responds under pressure, how patterns form, and how behaviour impacts leadership.


This includes:


  • How you make decisions
  • How you respond to pressure
  • How your patterns show up in leadership
  • How to create space for clearer thinking


Coaching is more structured and focused on helping you think, not giving advice.

HOW THE WORK HAPPENS

We begin with a Deep Dive session. This is a focused session where we explore:


  • Your leadership style (including DISC profile)
  • How you currently operate
  • Where you feel stuck or under pressure
  • What the next stage of the business requires


From there, we continue with ongoing mentoring and coaching.


This is where the real work happens - applying insights in real time as challenges arise.
