About Lisa Paasche

I was the Founder and CEO of SEO & Digital PR Agency Verve Search, a company I built from scratch and grew  to become one of the most respected and award-winning agencies in Europe. In 2017, I sold Verve Search to Omnicom Media Group, staying on as CEO until January 2021.

In addition to Verve Search, I have had several non-executive and advisory roles. I have mentored dozens of people throughout my career and find great joy in supporting others on their journey. 

If I have learned anything about how to succeed in business, it’s that you have to be true to yourself – every step of the way. 

I draw on my knowledge of psychology and neuroscience and apply it to business management, creating a unique offering that focuses on the humans behind the business. I help people find their truths and become more authentically, more truly themselves. 

That’s what it means to be EKTE.

I believe that it is the distance between who we are, and who we pretend to be, that creates blocks to growth, both personal and business. My mentoring system will help you close that gap.
