About Lisa Paasche

I didn’t set out to become a coach or mentor.


I built a business.


Before founding EKTE Vision, I built and scaled Verve Search, one of Europe’s leading SEO and digital PR agencies - from scratch.


We grew into a team of over 50 people, won multiple industry awards, and in 2017 I sold the business to Omnicom Media Group, where I stayed on as CEO through the next stage of growth.


Over that time, the agency won 50+ industry awards, including Best SEO Agency three years running, and I was recognised with awards including Search Personality of the Year and BIMA100 (CEO category).


That experience shaped everything I do now.


Because scaling a business isn’t just about strategy.


It’s about leadership, people, pressure, decision-making, and who you become as the business grows.

WHY EKTE

EKTE (/ˈektə/) means real, true, genuine.


At some point in building a business, many founders realise they’ve drifted away from how they actually want to lead.


They’re reacting more than thinking.

Carrying more than they should.

And making decisions from pressure rather than clarity.


My work is about helping leaders come back to that place of alignment - where how they lead and how the business operates actually make sense.


Because when leadership is aligned and authentic, people feel it - and they follow.

WHAT I DO NOW

Today, I work with founders and leadership teams navigating the complexity of growth.

This happens when:

MENTORING VS COACHING

My work combines both mentoring and coaching - and the distinction matters.

Mentoring draws on my experience of building and scaling a business. 


This means I can:

  • Challenge thinking
  • Share perspective
  • Help you see what’s coming
  • Offer guidance based on real situations I’ve lived through


Coaching, particularly through my work as a qualified NeuroLeadership Coach, focuses on how you think and lead.

This includes:

  • How you make decisions under pressure
  • How your patterns and behaviours show up
  • How your nervous system impacts leadership
  •  How to create the conditions for clearer thinking


Mentoring brings experience. Coaching creates awareness.


Together, they create meaningful change.

HOW I WORK

I don’t sit outside the business giving advice.


I work alongside founders and leadership teams - helping them think, decide, and implement change in real time.


The goal isn’t to turn you into a different kind of leader.


It’s to help you become more EKTE - more aligned with who you are, and how you lead.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH

Most business support focuses on strategy, tactics, and frameworks.


But in my experience, the real blockers in organisations are rarely just operational. 


They are human.


That’s why my work combines:
