All too often, we think that to be a successful leader we have to become someone else. To bury our true personality beneath the pretence of being “the boss”.
The truth is, it’s the distance between who we are and who we pretend to be that creates blocks to growth, both personal and in business.
My mentoring system will help you close that gap.
Drawing on years of hands-on experience in psychology, neuroscience and business management, my process will help you understand yourself and, crucially, accept yourself. That’s not just good for you, it’s good for your business.
When you start to be authentically you – when you speak and act from deep within – leadership becomes easier and you will find your flow. Because you’re not having to convince anyone of anything. You’re simply speaking your truth. And the people around you will recognise that as unshakable and inspirational.
I’m not going to tell you the road will be smooth all the way. I fell on my face more times than I can count. But I will show you that once you fall, how to be accepting of your failure, and get back up.
My mentoring takes a two-step approach: Know yourself. Be yourself.
Know yourself
Starting with a 3-hour deep dive session into you.
We will create a timeline of your journey so far, having you tell your story, in your own words.
We will then carry out a behavioural profiling assessment in order to increase your self-knowledge and self-acceptance.
These two combined, will help us identify your real challenges and what you really care about.
Be yourself
Monthly 2-hour sessions to help you stay on course, stay genuine and find your own resolutions to daily business challenges. You will also be able to email me or call me in between the monthly sessions if you have any burning issues that you need to talk about.
I’m not here to tell you what to do, but rather help you find your own answers. Above all, I’m here to give you support and solidarity. Being a leader can be lonely, which is why having a mentor to be with you every step of the way can make all the difference between burnout and burning bright.
