Knowing where you want to go is one thing. The big question is, why do you want to go there. That’s the difference between a business goal – which will only get you so far – and a business vision.
I will help you define a compelling, clear vision that can get potential buyers or investors excited, fire up a management team, unite staff and keep you going when you face the big challenges ahead. And believe me, you will face challenges.
The next step is to truly embed the values in your company culture and get people on board with the vision. This is done through a series of workshops.
Three workshops to expose the conflicts hidden in your organisation, shake up the old ways of thinking and working, and re-build based on shared accountability and values.
These can be done with the management team or with the whole organisation.
Workshop 1 - Bring out your untrue truths
Creating a safe space to say uncomfortable things. This workshop will allow people to air their grievances, ask the questions they’ve been too uneasy to ask and, most importantly of all, help you discover the challenges you didn’t even know about – which are often the ones that create the biggest chokeholds in a business.

A series of ingenious activities to flip the way people think about teamwork on its head, and shake people out of their old ways of thinking and working.
